Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
For cancelled orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- the product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition;
- all original tags and packaging are intact; and
- you share your order number and a reason for the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customised, made-to-measure or altered products
- Innerwear and accessories, for hygiene reasons
- Products marked as final sale
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return
Email info.moradodesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94471 42279 with your order number, the item(s) and the reason. We will share return instructions. Returned items are inspected on arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
