Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
